On June 5, the Forum on Sustainable Development Leadership 2024 and the kickoff of GoldenKey Innovation Program was held at Peking University. At the event, the “GoldenKey—SDG Solutions” officially released the SDG·Management Innovation Action Program.

Vibrant and rich sustainable development practices present challenges to management, requiring management innovation. At the same time, management innovation can better guide sustainable development practices, significantly enhancing their effectiveness.

SDG solutions gathered on the GoldenKey platform reflect transformative and innovative management trends within companies. Exploring, summarizing, refining, and sharing these trends can unlock significant value and inspire more companies to accelerate their contributions to the SDGs.

The SDG·Management Innovation Action Program released by GoldenKey campaign includes five major actions:

1.Forging the Collection of GoldenKey-SDG Solutions as a sustainability management innovation boutique. The Research Center for Green Economy and Sustainable Development of Tsinghua University and China Sustainability Tribune will continue to collect and publish the Collection of GoldenKey-SDG Solutions. This collection will feature GoldenKey cases that exemplify sustainability management innovation, serving as a model for academic teaching and corporate practices.

2.Identifying GoldenKey sustainability management innovation benchmarks. We will search for and recognize annual benchmark enterprises in China for sustainability management innovation, encouraging companies to innovate in sustainability management.

3. Organizing scholars and experts to conduct GoldenKey Delegation Tour. We will organize visits to GoldenKey enterprises to conduct on-site research and investigations on management innovation, facilitate extensive exchanges and summarize experiences.

4.Bringing the GoldenKey solutions into university business school classrooms. The GoldenKey sustainability management innovation benchmark solutions will be introduced into university classrooms and transformed into teaching cases.

5. Organizing GoldenKey sustainability management innovation seminars. Addressing key issues on how management can drive sustainable corporate development, we will organize targeted management innovation seminars and invite experts to provide advice and insights for enterprises.
