To showcase and promote outstanding corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices in China, the China Sustainability Tribune launched the 2025 Stories of Corporate Social Responsibility in China campaign. The initiative invites companies nationwide to submit innovative CSR cases through a "visual storytelling + narrative" format, highlighting their contributions in areas such as rural vitalization, carbon neutrality, and ecological conservation.

Three Key Upgrades in 2025 

• Innovative Format: For the first time, the campaign adopts a dual-track approach鈥攃ombining multi-photo storytelling with written narratives. Selected works will be compiled into a bilingual (Chinese-English) illustrated book and featured in a portable "CSR Exhibition" for wider dissemination.
• Professional Support: A team of seasoned journalists and photographers will provide content refinement and on-site shooting assistance to enhance storytelling impact.
• Global Reach: Outstanding entries will be showcased at prestigious international platforms, including the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) and COP30 in Brazil, amplifying China鈥檚 sustainability narratives worldwide.

Past Successes
Since its inception in 2022, the project has curated nearly 20 compelling CSR stories, including:

• Ansteel鈥檚 snow chrysanthemum cultivation project, which transformed barren lands into profitable farms for ethnic minority communities;
• State Grid鈥檚 "Electricity for Pomegranate Farmers" initiative, boosting agricultural incomes through smart power solutions;
• Dell Technologies鈥?eco-innovation in closed-loop plastic recycling.

These stories vividly illustrate how businesses drive shared value creation alongside societal progress.

Submission Deadline: July 31, 2025
Eligibility: Open to all companies in China with demonstrable CSR achievements

Selection Process: Shortlisted entries will undergo professional refinement before the final release at CIIE in November 2025.
