On July 10, the Zhejiang Power Primary-level Governance Brand Development Lab officially launched its research initiative at Tsinghua University, alongside the unveiling of the 2025 "Lighting up Every Home · Light Chaser Initiative" brand experience program. The event highlighted the "Lighting up Every Home" service brand, featuring "One Station Warms a City" – a "public + nonprofit" collaborative model for urban community power services, and "Ningbo Pilot" – China’s first industrial-community governance initiative in the power sector, including a energy efficiency program.
Representatives from State Grid Ningbo Power Supply Company demonstrated how the brand’s three-tier community services and cross-provincial practices have become a "Golden Key" for solving primary-level governance challenges.
